The Resvu system enables admins to send out bulk communications to their assigned buildings, individual buildings or specific users within those buildings.

Workflows
The Resvu system enables admins to create workflows to their assigned buildings, individual buildings or specific users within those buildings. allowing residents within those buildings to then submit requests.
Residents may face issues submitting requests if the required templates or forms are not configured to the correct community. Without these forms, the submission functionality remains unavailable.

Reservations
Another type of inbound request is reservations, Admins can create venues for residents to make reservations.

Committee management
Creating committee members
Committee members can be added or removed automatically into a Committee Group via integration partners
Or they can be manually created by creating a committee group and then assigning the appropriate residents to the committee group which makes them committee members.
Committee interaction
Committee members have their own section within the Resvu app called committee hub. They are able to create topics and have discussions amongst themselves.
Committee hub also enables admins to create approval items for committee members to vote on.
