What is the Resvu system

The Resvu system streamlines the daily management of residential communities of by focusing on five core functions:

  1. Outbound resident communications

  2. Inbound resident requests

  3. Information access 24/7

  4. Committee management

  5. Resident management

Outbound resident communications

The Resvu system enables admins to send out bulk communications to their assigned buildings, individual buildings or specific users within those buildings.

Inbound resident requests

Workflows

The Resvu system enables admins to create workflows to their assigned buildings, individual buildings or specific users within those buildings. allowing residents within those buildings to then submit requests.

Reservations

Another type of inbound request is reservations, Admins can create venues for residents to make reservations.

Committee management

Creating committee members

Committee members can be added or removed automatically into a Committee Group via the API for Stratamax and PIQ

Or they can be manually created by creating a committee group and then assigning the appropriate residents to the committee group which makes them committee members.

Committee interaction

Committee members have their own section within the Resvu app called committee hub. They are able to create topics and have discussions amongst themselves.

Committee hub also enables admins to create approval items for committee members to vote on.

Resident management

There are 3 ways residents can be added into the Resvu system

  1. Imported via the API

  2. Manually added by an admin

  3. Resident goes to the resident portal and registers their account
