First time system setup checklist

Go through this checklist if you are currently setting up the Resvu system for the first time.

Goal

this article will provide a generic checklist of the actions required for brand new accounts to setup before moving onto the community setup checklist.

Ensure the community exists in your account

Importing communities via API

If your account is connected to Stratamax or PropertyIQ, the system will automatically create the community for you if the community is active in Stratamax or PIQ. This is important as it will then pick up the Residents in the community.

Manually creating communities

If you don't have an account with Stratamax or PropertyIQ, you will need to create the communities in Resvu
