Goal
In this article, you’ll learn how to view and edit resident profiles in the Resvu system.
Before You Get Started
You will need to have the correct permissions set in order to manage resident profiles. To check this, navigate to:
Settings ➡️ Admins ➡️ Edit your chosen admin ➡️ Select Roles & Permissions ➡️ Scroll down to Residents ➡️ Expand Residents and ensure that Residents Access has full access selected.
Updating Resident Profiles via API Integration
If you update a resident’s profile in Stratamax or PropertyIQ, the changes will automatically sync overnight.
Accessing the Residents Section
Step 1 - Navigate to the Residents Section
In the Admins section, click on Residents. From there, select Residents.
Viewing Resident Profiles
Step 1 - Search or Browse for Residents
You can search for a specific resident or browse the residents table to find the resident profile you want to manage.
Step 2 - View a Resident Profile
Click the eye icon next to the resident’s name to open their profile.
Edit the Resident Profile
Step 1 - Edit the Resident Profile
Click Edit at the bottom of the profile page. Enter any new information or other details related to the resident’s profile.
Step 2 - Save the changes
Click the Save at the bottom of the profile page.
Edit the Resident lot information
Step 1 - View the lot information
Click the Lot information tab at the top of the screen
Step 2 - Edit the lot information
Press the Edit at the bottom of the page.
Add in the new lot information
Step 3 - Save the changes
Press Save at the bottom of the page to save the changes
