Automatic Import

Triggering the Automatic Import

Automatic import is triggered when:

  • All users in a building have been moved to the Imported tab (none remain in Pending Import).

Once triggered, future residents added in the integration platform will appear in the Resident User Table with a status of Not Invited.

Inviting automatically Imported Users

Filter the Resident User Table by the Not Invited status.

Select all the Residents.

Click the three dots above the table and choose Resend Invitation to send the welcome email. The users will then have the Status Pending Activation.
