This article explains how to send a Notice to your community's JACmedia digital display.
Before You Get Started
Before following these steps, make sure you have already set up the digital display integration as covered in the JACmedia Digital Display Integration article.
Sending a Notice to the Digital Display
Follow the steps in How to send proactive notices to residents to create your notice. When you reach the Visibility tab, complete the additional step below before
submitting.
Enable the Digital Display on the Visibility Tab
On the Visibility tab, scroll to the Digital display screen section and toggle on Send to digital display screen.
Click Next to continue to the Notifications and Review tabs, then complete and submit the notice as usual.
Once submitted, the notice will be published to the resident portal and simultaneously pushed to the JACmedia digital display.
