This article explains how to send an Alert to your community's JACmedia digital display.
Before You Get Started
Before following these steps, make sure you have already set up the digital display integration as covered in the JACmedia digital display integration article.
Sending an Alert to the Digital Display
Follow the steps in How to create alerts for quick resident notifications to create your alert.
When you reach the Visibility tab, complete the additional step below before sending.
Enable the Digital Display on the Visibility Tab
On the Visibility tab, scroll to the Digital display screen section and toggle on Send to digital display screen.
Click Next to continue to the Notifications and Expiry tabs, then complete and send the alert as usual.
Once sent, the alert will be delivered to residents via their chosen notification channels and simultaneously pushed to the JACmedia digital display.
