This guide will demonstrate how to toggle app features on and off for communities under your portfolio ensuring the Residents only see what you want them to see.

You will need to have the correct permissions set in order to toggle app features. To check this, navigate to:

Settings ➡️ Admins ➡️ Edit your chosen admin ➡️ Select Roles & Permissions ➡️ Scroll down to Account ➡️ Expand Account and ensure that App Features has Full Access selected.

Once you have completed your prerequisites above, login to the admin portal and select settings, then app features

Press the edit button which will allow the check boxes to be toggled.

you can then toggle features on and off per community by clicking on the feature you wish to disable or re enable.

Once complete press save and those app features will not be visible for users in that community

you can press communities to show you only specific communities within your portfolio

Pressing the checkbox under all communities toggles the feature on or off for all communities in your portfolio
