How to manage parcel deliveries in Resvu

How to track postal deliveries to residents

Goal

This article shows you how you can add deliveries into Resvu to track postal deliveries to Residents

Before you get started

You will need to have the correct permissions set in order to add deliveries. To check this, navigate to:

Settings ➡️ Admins ➡️ Edit your chosen admin ➡️ Select Roles & Permissions ➡️ Scroll down to Concierge ➡️ Expand Concierge and ensure that Deliveries has full access selected.

Adding a delivery

Step 1 - Let's begin

Login to the admin console and navigate to Concierge ➡️ Deliveries . Here you will be presented with two tabs, one for active deliveries and another for archived ones.

Step 2 - Add delivery

Click on the New delivery button in the top right of the screen

Then enter in the following details

  1. Community

  2. Unit number

  3. consignment number

  4. date receive

  5. time received

Step 3 - assign a resident

Then either select the resident from the drop down list or enter the details of the resident manually

Add any additional information about the delivery into the notes section

Step 4 - Notify the resident

Once the resident details have been added you can decide how you will notify the resident

  1. Email

  2. Mobile Push notification

  3. SMS

Step 5 - Save

Scroll up to the top and press save

Viewing Deliveries

Login to the admin console and navigate to Concierge ➡️ Deliveries . Here you will be presented with two tabs, one for active deliveries and another for archived ones.

Selecting a community will then display all the deliveries for that community

Sending Reminders

Login to the admin console and navigate to Concierge ➡️ Deliveries . Here you will be presented with two tabs, one for active deliveries and another for archived ones.

Selecting a community will then display all the deliveries for that community

Then click the 3 dots and select send reminder, that will send a reminder to the resident

Marking a delivery as collected

Login to the admin console and navigate to Concierge ➡️ Deliveries . Here you will be presented with two tabs, one for active deliveries and another for archived ones.

Selecting a community will then display all the deliveries for that community

Then click the tick icon to mark as collected

The status will change to Collected

Archiving a delivery

Login to the admin console and navigate to Concierge ➡️ Deliveries . Here you will be presented with two tabs, one for active deliveries and another for archived ones.

Selecting a community will then display all the deliveries for that community

Then click the 3 dots and select archive, that will move the delivery to the archived tab
