Where to find Brent

Step 1 – open the support chat

In the admin console, open the support chat widget in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

Step 2 – send a message

Select send us a message.

Step 3 – select “try our AI agent”

Click try our AI agent to launch a chat with Brent. Send him a message and you can begin.

Tips to get the most out of Brent

  • Start with a question
    Write a complete question so Brent understands your goal. For example: “How do I resend a notice?” is clearer than “resend notice”.

  • Be specific but concise
    Focus on one task at a time. “How can I add a new admin user?” works better than “admin issues”.

  • Check your spelling and phrasing
    Clear, simple language helps Brent parse your request—avoid typos and overly complex phrasing.

  • Break down your request with bullet points
    Use bullet points if you have multiple requests. Example:

    • Add a new venue

    • Resend an invitation

    • Check a resident’s booking

  • Add screenshots and context
    Include a screenshot and describe what you're seeing (“The button is greyed out”) so Brent can give a more accurate answer.

  • Explain your goal, not just the problem
    Tell Brent what you want to accomplish (“I want to resend a notice to a resident”), not only what went wrong (“resend notice not working”).

  • Ask follow-up questions when needed
    Brent can continue the conversation. If you need more details (“And how do I filter that report?”) just ask.

  • Use complete sentences for clarity
    Even a little extra detail helps: “I am trying to reset a user password and the button is disabled” is better than “password button disabled”.

  • Follow Brent’s suggestions and feedback
    Brent may offer follow-up steps (“try clicking ‘settings’ first”). If those don’t work, let him know what happened for further guidance.
