Goal
This guide will walk you through how to connect Stripe to Resvu, enabling in-app payments for workflows and reservations.
Before you begin
To connect Stripe, you'll need the correct admin permissions.
To check your access:
Go to Settings ➡️ Admins
Click Edit on your chosen admin
Select Roles & Permissions
Scroll to Access Detail
Expand Account and ensure Integrations is set to Full Access
Can't access Roles & Permissions? Reach out your account administrator.
Connecting Stripe
Step 1: Start the setup
Navigate to Settings ➡️ Integrations ➡️ Stripe
Click New Payment Account
Step 2: Enter account details
Name: If linking to a specific community, include the scheme/plan number to make it easy to search later.
Description: If related to a specific workflow or reservation, include the relevant title for context.
At this stage, you can either:
Save & Close (to return later), or
Click Connect with Stripe to proceed.
Step 3: Finalise the connection
Follow the Stripe prompts to connect your account.
Once successfully connected:
The Stripe payment account will be available for use within workflows and reservations.
Residents and committee members will now be able to make in-app payments via your connected Stripe account.
Once you've connected your Stripe account to Resvu, you may want to better understand how Stripe works in the background - including payouts, reporting, and account management.
