Goal
This help guide will show you how to manage alerts using the dashboard.
Focused tabs
The alert dashboard has three focused tabs to make managing them easier and more streamlined. The three tabs here are:
Active: Shows the currently active alerts.
Expired: Shows all alerts which have expired.
Deleted: Shows any alerts which have been deleted.
To change between the tabs, simply click on the tab heading, which we have highlighted in orange boxes here:
Filters and columns
Each tab has the same filters available to help you quickly find what you need.
Message Search: find any alert which has a message match with what you type in.
Select Admin: filter down to a particular admin and their alerts.
Select Community: filter down to alerts published to one or more specific communities.
The dashboard has useful information shown in columns which provides an excellent quick glance at description, expiration and who published the alert and when. We have highlighted in orange boxes the filters and column headings here:
Dashboard view controls
As with all dashboards in the Resvu platform you can adjust how much information you see; and navigate between any subsequent pages. For example, here we have selected to see twenty rows of alerts per page. This means if you had 80 alerts, you would have four pages each with twenty alerts on them. You can opt for 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows per page.
Finally, the < and > allow you to navigate backwards or forwards one page at a time, whereas the |< and >| will jump to the first or last page respectively.
